Product details for Turnable White COB Dotless led strip
Dotless COB LED strip lights are a new technology in LED lighting that has several advantages over traditional LED strip lights. COB stands for "Chip on Board" meaning the LED diode is packaged directly on the printed circuit board instead of creating an encapsulated LED. This enables the strip to have advantages over traditional strips.
This COB LED Waterproof LED Flexible Strip comes in a 5 meter roll. Featuring a Dots Free COB LED technology which provides a smooth and sophisticated look. The 3M adhesive backing allows an easy installation. Just peel and stick the tape under cabinets, shelves, and staircase steps or create designs using a variety of strip lengths (cut by scissors) and connectors (sold separately).

Flexible and Field Cuttable:
Solid Apollo's COB LED strips can be cut every two inches and offer greater body flexibility than traditional strips, thus opening the options of installing it in tighter and more complex installations.
Dimmable:
COB LED strips are easily dimmable with a pulse width modulation (PWM) dimmer.
No Hot Spots:
On traditional LED strips, LED diodes are spaced apart creating hot spots that are visible when looking at the strip. Our COB LED strips give a consistent, uniform light throughout their entire length without hot spots creating an appealing effect to the eye.
Consistent and Uniform Lighting:
Solid Apollo's COB LED strips have a phosphor coating across the entire length of the strip.
Brighter Than Traditional Strips:
COB LED strips produces less heat than traditional LED strips and output more lumens per watt. Normal high end strips can provide up to 75 lumens per watt, whereas COB LED strips can easily deliver 100 lumens or more per watt.
